Lisle Violin Shop Policies

| Repair Department Services: |
Lisle Violin Shop can undertake any violin, viola, cello,
and double bass repair. We make violins, violas, and cellos in our shops.

| Parent Communication: |
At meetings, by phone, mail, e-mail, fax or in our shops,
we can provide parents with descriptions of our products, policies, and
plans. Our monthly billing is mailed so that additional information can
be distributed in a timely manner.

| Ordering and Delivery: |
Orders can be placed by phone for pickup and delivery to
the child's orchestra director at school. Both merchandise and repairs may
be handled in this way. Students and parents are always welcome in either
shop.
Shipping is free on all STRINGS ONLY orders and
ALL ORDERS OVER $15.00. There will be a $2.00 shipping and handling fee
for non - string orders of less than $15.00. |
| Early Reservations: |
Early (Spring) reservation instruments will be
delivered in August. The first rental charge period will be September. The
September payment may be made at Contract time or paid by invoice. Additional
accessory items will be charged on account for payment within 30 days.

| Acceptable Forms of Payment: |
Lisle Violin Shop accepts cash, checks, money orders, VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

| Payment Plans: |
Lisle Violin Shop offers both rental and purchase plans. The
rental contract includes a provision for 100% credit to purchase (Not including
Protection Plan charges). Credits earned from rental can be used for up
to 80% of the purchase price of the rented instrument or a larger and/or
more expensive instrument. A distinctive feature is that the prices listed
in the contract are the realistic selling prices (not "list" prices).
Our purchase programs include a 20% cash discount on most in-stock instruments,
four monthly payments with no interest, and a revolving charge account for
the long term financing of a stringed instrument. Copies of
Rental Agreement and Revolving Charge
are available.

| Protection Plan: |
Lisle Violin Shop Protection Plan with Free String Replacement,
an optional program, will repair or replace with items of comparable make,quality,
and condition, the instrument, bow, and/or case in the event of accidental
damage, fire, flood, or theft. We will also maintain your instrument in
first class playing condition, including bow rehairing, at no additional
cost. There is no deductible. Please see the Protection
Plan Terms and Conditions for the details.

| Annual Percent Rate (APR): |
|
The APR for our revolving charge accounts is 10.98% for the short term
plan and 14.88% for the long term plan. There is no Finance Charges on
Rental Plan accounts that are current. We handle our own financing.
|
| Return Policy: |
Instruments purchased by cash may be returned for full refund
in the first 30 days. Rental and Revolving Charge Purchases can be returned
at any time provided that the account is current. There is no minimum rental
period.

| Student/Parent Support Programs: |
Our staff is a great resource for advice concerning learning
to play a stringed instrument. Loaner instruments are available for extensive
repairs. Literature concerning maintenance and instruction is distributed
periodically.
|
| School Support Programs: |
Lisle Violin Staff resources include clinicians for both orchestras
and inservice training. We provide music folders, case I.D. tags, and practice
cards at no cost to the schools. We are always ready to assist in the evaluation
of repairs and new products. Lisle Violin usually sponsors at least one
TODA and TMEA event each year.

| School Visitation Policy - Greater Houston
Area: |
A representative from Lisle Violin Shop calls regularly on
each orchestra director at a conference time for regular orders and deliveries.
Additional and/or emergency stops are scheduled as needed.

Lisle Violin Shop is exclusively a stringed instrument shop and all staff
members are employed to meet your stringed instrument needs.
