Dear Rental Customers,
|
|
The school season will be over in just a few
short weeks. I hope that you have all had a wonderful year of progress
on your instruments. Many students and parents have expressed their delight
in beginning to learn a stringed instrument. I encourage all of you to
continue your development in this art.
|
|
Because many of our rental customers are students
in public school orchestra programs, information follows concerning our
policies for trading up, converting to purchase, or returning your instrument
|
| If you plan to continue in
the fall, you should keep your instrument over the summer. Summer
is a wonderful time to attend orchestra camps, Suzuki institutes, and certainly
to improve your skills with private instruction. The provisions for credit
on our Rental Plan are included below to remind you of the value of continuing
your rental contract over the summer if you plan to continue in the fall.
|
|
" RENTER
will accrue a discount toward the purchase of this or another larger
or more expensive instrument equal to the monthly rental fees (100%
of rental fees), excluding Protection Plan and Sales Tax, paid on
this agreement; provided the maximum credit allowed toward any instrument,
case, and bow purchase may not exceed 80% of the purchase price of
that instrument, case, and bow. Discount towards purchase must be
applied within 10 days of termination of this contract. Discounts
are not held for future application. RENTER
must elect to purchase. Conversion of a current rental account to
purchase is not automatic."
|
|
You can, of course, continue your rental as
long as you wish. If
you return your instrument and cancel your contract, you will forfeit
your credit.
|
|
Your Purchase need not be paid in full at the
time of conversion. If you have a favorable payment history with us, you
may choose from several Purchase Plans, including 4 and 12 month plans
that are interest free, or Revolving Charge Plans for approximately 20
to 40 months with interest rates beginning at 10.98%. Protection Plan
is available for an annual fee with these plans. You are always welcome
to use VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express for payment in
full.
|
|
If you are uncertain about
your plans, please consult with your teacher before canceling a contract.
You risk losing a substantial purchase discount if you return and then
change your mind.
|
|
If you do not plan to continue this fall, please
make arrangements to return your instrument to either of our shop locations
immediately following the conclusion of classes this spring. You will
not be responsible for the June payment if your instrument is returned
by June 10. If your instrument was delivered
to your teacher you may return the instrument to your
teacher following the procedures on the accompanying sheet.
|
| Thanks for being wonderful customers this past
year. Our best wishes for a productive summer. |
